Grade 11 and Grade 12
Diagnose the year before you buy the program.
Grade 11 is the year you give the file depth. Grade 12 is the year the shortlist, essays, portals and visa work have to land. Do not buy essays in Grade 11. Do not start the file in Grade 12 if you can still help it. Many families need both, in that order.
Profile building, then application-year counseling
If the student is in Grade 11, the work is persona, projects and a file that can survive next year. If the student is in Grade 12, the work is the shortlist, essays, portals and visa. SAT stays optional and separate.
SAT, if it is already on this year
SAT is a calendar item. It is not the plan.
If SAT is already on this year, for a US-leaning file it can help or eat the term. That is not automatic. This page does not set a target score and does not start a batch. If a sitting is booked or needed, take the diagnostic on the SAT page. If the file is UK-only, do not add SAT just in case.
Use SAT coaching in Dubai only when the US is on the table and SAT is already in play. TMUA and AP are the same rule: a calendar item, their own exit, not a bundle. If TMUA is already booked, open TMUA preparation. If AP subjects are already on the timetable, open AP preparation.

What does the first call actually produce?
You leave with a country weight, what stays or waits on the calendar, a yes, no, or wait on SAT with a month only if yes, and one written next step. We will not sell a batch on that screen.
Are you an agent? Do universities pay you to send students?
The first call is a strategy conversation, not a university-placement pitch. We will not open it with a partner list.
Can you get my child into [famous university]?
No. No one can guarantee a university. We will not promise a seat.
Will you write the essays?
No. We will not write the student’s essays. The student keeps their own voice. Mentorship is not ghostwriting.
We are already in Grade 12. Is it too late?
Grade 12 is the year the shortlist, essays, portals and visa work have to land. It is late for inventing a file from nothing. It is not always too late for an honest plan. Sit with us. We will say if the remaining months can hold the work, or if we are the wrong room.
The school already has a counselor. Why are we here?
School counselors hold many files. Families come here when they need someone to say which country the year can hold, which exam to stop adding, and what to do this month. If the school plan is already honest, we will say that too.
Do we need the SAT if some US colleges are test-optional?
Not automatically. For a US-leaning file, SAT can help or eat the term. We will give a yes, no, or wait, and a month only if yes. This page does not set a target score. Depth lives on the SAT page only when the US is on the table and SAT is already in play.
What if we already missed the October SAT?
Then October is gone. We will not add a sitting because a ranking page mentioned it. If a later date still fits the year, that is a calendar decision. If it does not, we will say stop.
Will the strategy call turn into SAT classes?
No. The strategy call is not SAT signup. SAT coaching lives on its own page and only when the US is on the table and SAT is already in play. We will not start a batch from this screen.
How much does counseling cost?
The first call is planning. Ongoing Grade 11 or Grade 12 fees come after we know the country, the level and the stage. We will not put a package surprise on this screen.
Can we keep the US and the UK both open?
You can bring both. They are different files. See the US and UK pages if one country is already chosen. The year usually cannot treat four countries as one plan.
What if we cannot afford the first country you discuss?
Say the money pressure on the call. A plan that cannot survive the school year is not a plan. If the first country is the wrong room for the budget, we will say so.
