- 1. Register on Collegeboard website.
Create your account on this link.
- 2. Fill in the name and other details as per the identity proof viz. Passport.
- 3. You will get a verification code on your mentioned email ID, enter that on collegeboard website and verify your email.
- 4. On top-right corner you will see your name, click on the drop down and further click on My SAT.
- 5. Under My SAT click on Register for SAT
- 6. This section will verify your information (primarily that will appear on your admissions ticket) which you have mentioned in the introductory registration. Once done, it shall open up a four step information filler.
- 7. Fill up only the information which is mandatory. Don’t fall into the trap of data collection of Collegeboard unless you want to use the college (student) search service!
- 8. Rank, Coursework Math, English, Science, Social science, Languages, High school activities, etc. is not mandatory. Pure data collection and which eventually helps the colleges to search the right fit candidate and send promotional emails.
- 9. Choose Test date and then Test center.
- 10. Verify your Test details- date, test center, and upload photo.
